DISA is surveying all businesses to determine the extent of industrial capability and experience in the maintenance and repair of radio communication antenna systems and ancillary equipment, including rotator systems, cables, and lightning protections systems. This service is primarily required at DISA's Headquarters in Arlington VA, and will be contracted on an as-needed basis. Antenna to be maintained include KLM log-periodic, Mosely/Prosearch MLPS-3.0-30-48 log periodic, B&W T2FD, dual stacked VHF/UHF yagi, and UHF discone. Vendors responding to this sources sought should discuss their: (1) experience, (2) availability of personnel, (3) availability of test equipment, and (4) compliance with State of Virginia licensing and insurance requirements. Potential sources are also asked to address the extent to which they are authorized by antenna manufacturers to install, repair, maintain name brand antenna and ancillary equipment.
