The contractor shall furnish all non-personal services necessary to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, vehicles, supervision, and other items necessary to perform troubleshooting, removal, repair, and installation of commercial two-way radio communication equipment and systems, land mobile radio (LMR), on a recurring basis in strict conformance with the contract performance work statement. The contract performance period is 365 calendar days, commencing on or about 1 Oct 96 for the base contract year, with four, one year options. No telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. Potential offerors may submit their requests for solicitation packages in writing to the aforementioned address.
