A requirement exists for on-call maintenance of Contraves cinetheodolite systems at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) CA and Hill AFB UT for the period FY97 through FY01. Nine (9) systems are located at Edwards AFB, which are Mobile Contraves model ''D'' (modified) systems. Twenty-one (21) systems are located at Hill AFB and include three (3) model ECF, six (6) model D, and twelve (12) model CF cinetheodolite systems. Two different levels of maintenance are required: (1) Organizational Level Maintenance (OLM), to be performed by the Air Force; (2) Intermediate Level Maintenance, to be performed by the contractor, consisting of activities in direct support of the OLM. OLM includes repairing, testing, and calibrating assemblies, subassemblies, components, and unserviceable parts; maintenance of mechanical, optical, and electronic components in the optical, tracking drive control, and support sections of the systems; checking and correcting marginal and inoperative electronic circuits, as required; and maintenance of electronic subsystems associated with the 30 cinetheodolite systems. Maintenance shall be performed during normal duty hours, 0700 - 1600, Monday through Friday. Maintenance personnel shall be either an electro-optical engineer or journeyman level technician, thoroughly familiar with the Contraves cinetheodolite systems, with a minimum of two (2) years depot level maintenance experience within the past three (3) years.
