The VA Medical Center, Dayton, OH intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Coulter Sources, 11800 S. W. 147th Ave., Miami, FL 31196-2500, for maintenance of a Government owned Coulter Counter Analyzer System, S/N V44609. Contract to include unlimited parts, unlimited 24 hour telephone support, travel and labor for approximately 10 service calls per year. Preventive maintenance inspection and consumables (excluding chemistry & coagulations instruments). Glassware and plastic ware coverage. Remote interface & power analysis support. Coverage is to be provided Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Contract will cover the period October 1, 1996 thru September 30, 1997, with 4 option year renewals. This Procurement is unrestricted, SIC code 7699 applies. Qualified firms must have the necessary resources, qualified personnel and technical expertise to perform the required services.
