Interstate Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45246 for maintenance and repair of Government owned Philips Poly C Arm Equipment. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials (excluding glassware) and equipment to perform emergency repairs & preventive maintenance Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm for the following: (1) OM 200 Generator, (2) Poly C Arm, (3) Larc Lateral C Arm, (4) PB table, (5) Sony 5800 H VCR - 2 each, (6) XTV6 TV Chain- 2 each. The contract will cover the period October 1, 1996 thru September 30, 1997, with 4 option year renewals. This procurement is unrestricted, SIC Code 7699 applies. Qualified firms must have the necessary resources, qualified personnel and technical expertise to perform the required services.
