The Billings Area Indian Health Service is soliciting sources from qualified 100% Buy-Indian firms to provide medical/surgical and dental supply items for distribution to twelve (12) Billings Area Indian Health Service Facilities. The prospective Contractor shall be required to furnish and maintain at each site, equipment and necessary software for electronic order entry with bar code scanning capability, hand held order entry devices, a personal computer, modems and cables. Performance requirements include a 95% fill rate (based on a fill or kill basis), two day delivery (within 48 hours) Monday through Friday for routine orders, plus delivery capability for emergencies (24 hours/day, 7 days/week). This is consistent with current Indian Health Service contracts. It is anticipated that Other Indian Health Service Areas (OISHA) will participate in resultant contracts.
