Ginnie Mae, a wholly-owned Government corporation, is seeking the services of a contractor to assist in maintaining the base offering circular and prospectus template for the Ginnie Mae REMIC Program. The contractor shall use specialized word processing techniques typically used in financial printing to compose both the base and the template electronically. The base shall be delivered in camera-ready format and the template shall be maintained in ASCII format. RFP GNMA-96-C-09 will be issued on or about July 22. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. To qualify as a small business, the size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not to exceed 14.5 million dollars. SIC 7374 applies.
