The structure will be constructed of concrete block with steel frame, metal roof, concrete footings and floor slab, complete with electrical system, plumbing system, HVAC system, kitchen and toilet facilities. It will also include concrete patios and minor parking areas. Existing site is the location of a former building destroyed by fire and the existing, remaining slab was left with a small amount (approximately 130 SF) of vinyl asbestos tile (VAT) which must be considered to be friable. The work also includes incidental related work. S.I.C. Code is 1542, ''General Contractors - Nonresidential Buildings, Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses'' Estimated Cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
