The work also consists of complete removal of existing fencing which must be salvaged and delivered to the property owner's farm yard. All materials shall be furnished by the Contractor except for the gate (including hinges and latch assemblies only) which will be furnished by the Government for installation by the Contractor. The work site is located on the Alvin Schlecht property which is being administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service under the terms of a Wildlife Extension Agreement (lease) with the property owner. The site of work is approximately 4 miles East and 2 miles South of Medina, ND. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 24, 1996.
