This construction project involves the removal of air conditioning systems for building A, B, C, D, E, F, and prefab buildings 1 through 8. The existing air conditioning systems include air handling units, chillers, air cooled condensers, pumps, piping, ductwork, controls, etc. The new air conditioning system would provide packaged rooftop or pad mounted air conditioners on building A through F. The prefab buildings 1 through 8 will have wall mounted packaged air conditioners. Architectural work shall include replacement of windows and ceiling in building A through F and miscellaneous work required to replace the air conditioning systems. Electrical work include the replacement of the main building service required to supply the new air conditioning systems. Also existing lighting fixtures, mechanical system electric equipment, switchboards, panels and feeders at U.S. Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico.
