The US Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for Laboratory Building Facade Repair at the National Fisheries Research Center, Leetown, West Virginia. The work shall include all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the overlaying of approximately 10,000 square feet of Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) over an existing stucco facade. Also includes the installation of new metal parapet flashing. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 1771; size standard is $7 million. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business.
