The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to rejuvenate the existing asphalt and concrete pavement (streets, parking lots, sidewalks, airfield runways and aprons). Additional work to include fog and slurry seals, cold milling, pavement demolition. New construction of roads, sidewalks, curb and gutters, runways, aprons and incidental related work. Contract duration is one year with possible two option periods, or until the maximum for each period of the contract is reached. Work is issued on delivery orders; the minimum guarantee is $15,000 per period. The maximum estimated amount of work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per period. Work will be subject to the Davis Bacon Act labor wages. Standard Industrial Code is 1611.
