In general, work consists of demolition, construct new 6500 SF facility (including covered deck). New facility shall be a rigid frame structure with EIFS wall and standing seam metal roof and include all associated carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work and finishes. Facility shall include fire protection with sprinkler system and detection, modifications to existing gas fueling dispensers to accommodate new docking g facilities, construct new docks with appropriate electrical and water support, construct new remote RV parking area with appropriate electrical and security support.
