Provide new Boiler, Air Cooled Chiller, Chilled Water Piping System, Chilled Water Pump, Air Handling Units (3), Manual Change-Over valves, Heating Water Pumps (2) and Fire Dampers. Remove and replace HVAC Control System for items mentioned and provide electrical equipment and materials as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Estimated issue date is July 8, 1996. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder.
