Z -- INSTALL FIRE EXIT DOORS SOL DMA402-96-Q0141 DUE 072596 POC Contact Diana Shepard, 314/260-1206/Contracting Officer, Paulette Martin, 314/260-1206 This is construction project #STL97-0001 which consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the installation of fire exit doors in the second through sixth floors of Building 36, Section E's west freight elevator landings. Work is to include the installation of fire rated doorways between the elevator landings on E-Wing's west stairwell. This will allow for fire exit accessibility in these areas. The work shall be performed by a general contractor who has structural and masonry experience. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable DMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 120 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This work is located at the Defense Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in south City of St. Louis.
