No telephone requests for bid packages will be accepted. Requests may be faxed to (912) 439-5999. The work will include providing a prefabricated metal building approximately 60' x 40' with an 18' eave height. Three 14 ft. x 14 ft coiling doors and personnel doors will be furnished. Building will be erected on concrete slab and foundation with a 10 foot wide concrete apron. Two truck lift lifts will be furnished and installed by the Government. A lighted and ventilated service pit will be in one of the bays. Concrete block will be utilized for interior partitions, to separate undercoat application areas, and provide a room to house the 300 gallon tote tank (supplied by the Government). A recessed trench with steel cover will house the distribution piping for undercoating spray system. Interior CMU walls are to be painted. Site work including utility connection are part of this contract. Electric lighting, gas fired infrared heating system, exhaust system for fumes evacuation and ventilation of building. Estimated cost is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Estimated duration of the contract is 210 days for completion. This procurement is classified as unrestricted. (185)
