Swanson, Contract Specialist, (615)454-7841 This procurement consists of upgrading the interior building lighting in the high bay machine shops of an existing facility. This project involves demolition of miscellaneous fluorescent fixtures and replacing them with highly efficient fluorescent fixtures. Work also includes providing fixtures on six high-bay bridge cranes, removal and replacement of a panelboard, removal and replacement of three-phase transformer, safety switches, single-phase transformers, lighting contactors, permanent and portable task lighting. Seventy-six recessed fluorescent fixtures are to be cleaned, relamped, and acrylic lenses replaced. Construction of scaffolding on top of the high-bay bridge cranes will also be required. Work shall be done at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The performance period will be 270 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
