The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, material, equipment, and supervision to remove and properly dispose of existing metal roofing, fiberglass skylights, roof ridge vents, roll-up doors, personnal access doors, metal wall panels, and external screen vents; and install new factory finished metal roof panels with interior roofing insulation batts, chain operated roof ridge vents, metal wall panels, screened fixed wall vents, gutters and downspouts, and painted personnel metal entry doors. All remaining metal framing shall be properly prepared and painted to eliminate further corrosion. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 30 July 1996.
