Hawkins, Contracting Officer 601/377-8577 The work includes but is not limited to: Part ''A''; removal of existing chiller, circulating pump, isolation valves, electrical panel, and associated piping located in the east mechanical room of building ''A'', and the removal of existing water tower and concrete supporting structure located north of building; area to be finish graded and new grass seed placed over area. The installation of one 100 ton air cooled chiller unit complete with concrete slab, the installation of new properly sized circulating pump, isolation valves and piping, and a new electrical panel with associated conduit and wiring. Part ''B''; removal and replacement of one 7600 CFM 5 h.p. air handling unit two pipe system complete with new electrical controls located in the second floor south wing mechanical room of building. Note: Job scheduling will require that new equipment be installed and necessary piping and electrical connections made prior to taking existing unit off line. Contractor shall have 3 days maximum in which to make all necessary change over connections. (0190)
