Work includes asbestos removal/disposal, lead paint removal/disposal (loose and flaking paint), collecting, sampling, testing, notifications, and all other incidental work required to meet State and Federal codes and guidelines. Period of performance is one year. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC 1795, Wrecking and Demolition Work. Estimated cost of the proposed construction is between $ 500,000 and $ 1,000,000. Issue date is on or about 29 July 1996. Telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation/drawing charge is $ 19.00 per set. Additional drawings may be ordered at $ 6.00 each. Payment by check or money order shall be made payable to DFAS, HONOLULU, OPLOC.
