Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials (except Government furnished) materials), and supervision to provide air conditioning equipment and ducting for spaces indicated; including associated controls and fire detection work, renovations to interior stairwell finishes; including acoustic ceiling, flooring and wall covering, with associated electrical work, and the replacement of interior doors and hardware, including duct work and ceiling registers for air transfer grilles to replace louvers in existing doors, and painting of existing frames. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This Solicitation will be issued on or about 24 July 96 with a bid opening date on or about 27 August 96.
