Shelter shall have but not limited to the following features: all aluminum framing, maintenance free materials and weatherproof; dead load min of 40 pfs, wind load min of 75mph, windows factory assembled, window frames are independent so that frames can be removed or installed as a complete unit, 1/4'' clear tempered safety glass remove or installed as a complete unit, 1/4'' clear tempered safety glass and acrylic glazing, windows shall encompass the entire perimeter of the building, front windscreen centered on the unit. Approximate size of 6'x12'x94''. Performance time is 120 calendar days.
