The stone shall be placed on 2 pads, one on each abutment, constructed on crusher-run rock. Each pad shall have an access road constructed with a pipe gate at the entrance. The work shall also consist of realigning the current emergency haul route near the downstream left abutment area by adding a section of road. Both the access roads and haul road will be constructed of crusher-run rock. Solicitation will issue on or about July 23, 1996 with a closing date of August 22, 1996.
