This system, to be delivered and set up at Wright-Laboratory, provides an optimum combination of High Resolution Electron Microscopy and high spatial resolution/high probe current Analytical Electron Microscopy. A sources sought synopsis for this system, currently located at and utilized by Ohio State University, was published in the CBD on 96 Feb 22.
