MODIFICATION TO BAA 96-26: The following two items of information are added to BAA solicitation 96-26: (1) Offerors are hereby notified that two individuals from The Aerospace Corporation, an FFRDC, will be providing technical advice to the government evaluators with reference to law enforcement and emergency response technologies. These individuals will sign nondisclosure agreements. (2) In the Program Information Package (PIP), guidance is provided on submission of cost information. For clarification: in accordance with the PIP, offerors are requested to limit their submission of cost information to 10 pages. If necessary, the government will request additional cost back-up information as appropriate. (0191)
