The VA Medical Center, Dayton, OH, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Siemens Medical Systems, Nuclear Medicine Division, 2501 N. Barrington Rd., Hoffman Estates, IL 60195 for maintenance of Government Owned Siemens Digitrac Camera System. Contract to include labor, equipment, materials and approximately 2 PM's per year for the following: ZLC 750.3/8 dot Digitrac #112, Microdot Imager #A14, WBA/IRIS A25, Magnifier Rotator #A13, Video I/F for Microdot #A19, LEM+W/digitrac #322 ECG Amplifier #A11, Magnifier Rotator #A13, Uni-GVATRO # A43, M/D+F-140(2MB), W/NAB#M22. Contract to cover the period 10/1/96 thru 9/30/97 with 2 option year renewals. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC Code 7699 applies.
