The contractor shall (1) provide support for addressing DOD/DON/SSP acquisition reform policy issues, (2) recommend SSP actions to engage or initiate DOD/DON reform driven changes, and (3) analyze the effects of acquisition reform on continuing production, major corrective actions, emergent initiatives/potential programs, and major weapons system modifications. Copies of RFP N00030-97-R-0033, which is a total small business set-aside, will be issued on or about 29 Jul 1996 with proposals due approximately 30 days thereafter.
