The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Laboratory Division (LD) anticipates awarding a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract to provide non personal servies to the LD for Forensic Examiner, Examiner Advisor and Expert Witness Services. The Contract will be for a Base Period of twelve months and two, twelve month Option Periods. The total anticipated Level-of-Effort is 140,400 professional hours.
