Work includes all site work and associated utilities, mail loading docks (concrete, levelers, canopy, stairs and ramps), installation of a drop box/flag pole in the public parking lot, installation of a monument sign, skylight system at the entrance elevation wall and aluminum storefront systems and landscaping. Building consists of a high-bay workroom (one-story with elevated investigative office) and a one story retail and support module. Construction systems include load-bearing masonry, ground faced colored concrete block with cavity walls and CMU back-up, steel frame structure with steel open web joists, metal roof deck, batt and rigid insulation, with built-up 4 ply roofing systems, light gage metal stud drywall interior partition systems, closed circuit video security systems, suspended acoustic tile ceiling systems, roll-up door systems, vinyl composition floor tile, carpet and steel doors. The facility is fully heated, air-conditioned, and fire suppressed, and all other necessary work to make a complete and acceptable job. The estimated price range is between $1,700,000.00 and $1,900,000.00 with completion within 210 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on August 09, 1996.
