The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for construction of a new Northside Station in Jackson, TN on a site located on University Parkway directly across from Arrington Funeral Directors. The building will have approximately 27,000 gross SF of floor space. Construction features include masonry construction with ground face block veneer, modified bitumen roofing, steel frame and bar joist structure, chain link fence, landscaping, glass storefront, sitework, utilities, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, paving, concrete, steel studs, painting, millwork, casework, floor tile, drywall, and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,500,000 and $3,000,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
