The Louisiana Air National Guard in Belle Chasse, LA require the following services: Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, expertise and insurance required to construct a pile supported pre-engineered metal building with brick veneer, concrete foundations and floor with metal roof. Building to include mechanical room, office space, training area and toilet areas. Total square feet is approximately 1,200. Construction must be in accordance with the drawings and specifications of this project. Project Number RQLH902008 Construct Petroleum Operations Facility. The performance period is 270 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. A Firm-Fixed price contract is expected.
