Project QJKL 95-0056, Construct Military Clothing Sales Service (MCSS), Bldg 756 requires furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, transportation, labor and supervision for the erection of a slab on grade structure with steel frame, masonry exterior walls and single ply membrane roof. Furnish and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire sprinkler system/s. Furnish and install metal stud interior partition walls with gypsum board sheathing. Install carpeting, paint exposed structure and ductwork. Repair damaged landscaping. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. The SIC code is 1542. Magnitude of construction is $250,000 to $500,000. Project construction period is 120 calendar days.
