Project QJKL 96-0070R1, Vehicle Washrack, requires furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, transportation, labor and supervision for the demolition of an existing steel frame, metal skinned building and associated structural concrete. Construct masonry washrack building with two overhead doors treatment system, grit basin, sanitary sewer line, water and gas supply lines, power washers, hot and cold water, lighting, and electrical supply. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. The SIC code is 1541. Magnitude of construction is $250,000 to $500,000.
