This announcement is to identify firms who have extensive experience as the PRIME in projects of this size and nature. Prime contractors with the respective capability to perform this entire project should submit a FAX-Transmittal (310) 536-8550 letter indicating interest. FAX-TRANSMITTAL MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 29, 1996. The FAA will accept the first twenty (20) requests received.
