This Solicitation is being issued on an ``unrestricted'' basis inviting full and open competition. This project consists of the construction and lease of a 7,000 SF (approx) pre-manufactured modular building for use as a youth center. Work includes: site preparation; construction of building; connection to existing utilities; installation of steps, landings, ramps, and other incidental work. Estimated price range between $250K and $500K. Lease will. be for periods of 1 to 12 months; not to exceed 60 months. Bid opening date will be on or about 28AUG96. One scheduled site visit will be conducted (see specifications for exact date).
