The renovation includes reversing the operation of the existing blower fan to make into an exhaust fan. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses. 20% bid bond is required and performance and payment bonds will be required prior to receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated date for the Pre-Bid/Site Visit is July 23, 1996. Estimated Bid opening date is 08/20/96. The contract period is 120 calendar days. The estimated cost range is $250K - $500K.
