This is a Fixed Price Contract to provide all materials, labor, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation and and management necessary to install a permanent and deployable oil containment boom system at the fuel pier, MCAS, Beaufort, SC. The Fuel Pier where this boom system is to be installed must remain in operation at all times for receiving fuel from barges. If hazardous substances (materials, wastes, etc.) are generated, or involved in performing this job, they must be managed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Regulations. The proposed contract listed herein is issued as an unrestricted procurement. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all types of business.
