Work consists of removal of culverts, excavation, water bar construction, ripping of roadbed, placement of pit-run aggregate, installation of culverts. beveled and slotted riser placement of erosion control blanket, placement of hand placed and dumped riprap, and, installation of road closure barriers. Project performance time is 60 calendar days. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
