Solicitation is for demolishing and removing three existing bridges which consist of reinforced concrete decks supported by treated timber piles, and constructing three new bridges having prestressed concrete decks. The substructures shall be CIP pile caps and wingwalls supported by prestressed precast concrete piles. The work is to be performed on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, SC. SRS is a restricted access Government facility and all persons entering SRS must be U.S. citizens.
