Construct Consolidated Dining Facility, Ohio Air and Army National Guard, Rickenbacker International Airport, Columbus, Ohio. Work involves construction of a new 14,300 SF dining facility with seating capacity of 320 people. The facility will consist of food preparation, cold storage, scullery, dining and office space. The building will be single story CMU and steel construction with a membrane roof and two skylights. Windows will be aluminum store front type. Ceilings consist of lay-in acoustical tile and floors are VCT. Mechanical systems include, kitchen hoods, make-up air conditioning, heating hot water boiler, complete domestic water system, natural gas service, limited area sprinkler system, storm & sanitary sewer systems, Electrical service includes power to the building, full interior/exterior lighting telecommunication and fire alarm systems. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The solicitation package will be issued on or about August 1, 1996, with bid opening 30 days later. There is a Seventy ($70.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package.
