The proposed contract is unrestricted. This project involves renovation of kitchens and bathrooms in family housing dwelling units. Work includes replacing kitchen base and wall cabinets, countertops, stainless steel sinks, garbage disposals, rangehoods, bathtubs, showers, water closets, lavatories, floor coverings, paint and light fixtures. This work also involves repair of electrical service to family housing dwelling units. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A July 29, 1996. Documents to be available at $129.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $28.00. Full-size drawings alone may be purchased for $101.00 a set. Payment must accompany request.
