The work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide partial demolition of an existing unreinforced masonry, concrete and steel building, including removal of asbestos containing materials, removal of lead base paint, removal of HVAC equipment, gas service rerouting, removal of electric service, light fixtures and power receptacles, removal of roofing, removal of high bay unreinforced masonry, concrete and steel structures and incidental related work at buildings 204 of the Naval Warfare Assessment Division, Corona, CA by means of a firm fixed price type contract. The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time will be 90 days, commencing 15 calendar days after award. Bids will be considered from all responsible sources. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1795. The related small business size standard is $7 million.
