This solicitation is to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that includes, but is not limited to repair, and/or removal of existing roofing materials and replacement with new roofing materials and shall be installed in an approved, watertight manner. The technical provisions of this specification define the materials and installation procedures used. Each delivery order issued against this contract will define specific materials to be used for each building involved. The estimated quantities of service shown in the bid schedule are only for the purpose of computing the total bid price for bid evaluation purposes and do not represent a commitment by the Government to purchase those quantities of service. The actual amount of work to be performed, and the time of such performance will be indicated by the Contracting Officer and issued by written delivery orders to the Contractor. The only work authorized under this contract will be that which is performed upon receipt of such a delivery order. Awarded contract shall contain a base year plus four option years. Each year contains a guaranteed minimum of $25,000.00 and total maximum of $700,000.00. The performance period will be 365 calendar days for the base yea and 365 calendar days for each option year. Individual delivery orders shall be placed utilizing items from the bid schedule. Delivery orders may include work in restricted or controlled areas. Government furnished materials are not included. The SIC code is 1761. All interested parties that are bonded, insured, and capable of performing the work are encouraged to inquire about this solicitation. This acquisition is unrestricted.
