The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to renovate and construct an addition to vehicle maintenance. Work consists of but not limited to: upgrade all lighting fixtures to halide fixtures; install new exhaust extraction system; install new radiant heat system; upgrade and remodel restrooms and office areas; resurface floor in maintenance bay; replace roll-up doors; remove interior walls; and upgrade fire protection system. In addition, washrack facility will be upgraded. New addition will be 4500 sf pre-engineered insulated metal construction, for vehicle maintenance space. Addition will include six roll-up doors, complete heating and cooling, exhaust extraction system, metal halide lighting and power outlet service. This work will be located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The total performance period for this project will be 180 days. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
