This is a requirements contract to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remodel Barracks, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work to include the following: Removal of existing wall, floor and ceiling coverings, existing electrical and lighting systems, existing windows and door systems indicated on drawings; removal of existing plumbing fixtures and related piping, heating piping, heating ductwork, flooring systems and underlayment in areas indicated; install new hollow metal insulated doors in exterior opening, thermopane low E argon white vinyl clad double hung windows, replace all exterior siding which is broken chipped, cracked and paint the entire exterior; install new acoustic ceiling system, self leveling light weight concrete underlayment, solid core oak doors with steel door james, new electrical system, provide new plumbing fixtures, ductwork, prefabricated metal fire escape system. The term of the contract will be for one year with a Government option to extend for one (1) option year. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. 20% bid bond is required. The SIC code for this procurement is 1542 and the size standard is $17M.
