Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to add a new physical therapy clinic addition of approximately 2,465 SF of existing hospital. The new physical therapy clinic will be masonry with a concrete floor slab and a modified bitumen roof. The space will include reception/administration, waiting, offices, treatment and exam rooms, hydo-therapy, exercise room, restroom, storage and mechanical/electrical. Mechanical items include complete plumbing, and a centralized HVAC system with gas furnaces and rooftop compressors. Electrical items include interior and exterior lighting, receptacles, telephone outlets, electrical panal and fire alarm system. This and all other work in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and drawings for project JFSD 951024. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract performance period shall be 120 calendar days. Specifications and drawings for this project will be issued only on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Specification will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files and the drawings will be AutoCADD R12 files.
