The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to Repair/Alter Bathrooms, Gunfighter Manor, Phase 2, approximately 34 units. Work consists of but not limited to: complete renovations of both bathrooms in each housing unit, along with installation of horizontal louver blinds throughout each unit. Bathroom renovations include abatement of asbestos containing materials present. All new fixtures to be installed in the bathrooms under this renovation. This work will be located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The total performance period for this project will be determined prior to issuance of the Invitation for Bid. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
