Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to construct a new catchment area management office of approximately 2,215 SF. The new catchment management office will be masonry with a standing roof. It will include space for offices, restrooms, coffee bar, janitor, storage and mechanical/electrical. Mechanical items include complete plumbing, and a centralized HVAC system with gas furnaces and pad mounted exterior compressors. Electrical items include interior and exterior lighting, receptacles, telephone outlets, electrical panal and fire alarm system. This and all other work in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and drawings for project JFSD 951025. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract performance period shall be 120 calendar days. Specifications and drawings for this project will be issued only on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Specification will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files and the drawings will be AutoCADD R12 files.
