Provide for the construction, repair and landscaping of a road and sidwalk, approx 500 ft in length. It shall include the removal of deteriorated concrete paving, bituminous paving, curbs and drainage structures. The new work consists of providing bituminous paving for parking, bituminous overlay of existing roadway, new concrete walkways, curbs and all of the necessary underground drainage and catch basins required. The construction may also include a new concrete dumpster pad, site furnishing, exterior lighting and site landscaping. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specs will be available o/a 22 July 96 and BOD is o/a 22 Aug 96. A non-refundable charge of $24 per solicitation package is required.
