includes the interior repairs and alterations in the main lobby,
Building NH-95 and Security Office and incidental related work. All
interior finishes will be upgraded. One reinforced CMU wall will be
removed and an existing wall will be upgraded to a category 3 ANSI/UL
threat-wall. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 29
July 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and
issued on a first come first serve basis. A check or money order for
$25.00 payable to the Treasury of the United States is required as a
non-refundable charge for each set of bidding data. Written requests
must be received in the office of the Officer in Charge of Construction
no less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening if you want the
bidding data mailed. If your check is received less than five (5)
working days prior to bid opening we will attempt to contact you and
afford you the opportunity to pick up a bid package. Estimated cost
range: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources may
